Project work is typically scheduled during business hours and weekdays. For snow removal or emergencies, we respond based on your service agreement. Call to discuss specific timing needs.

Yes. We're flexible on timing as long as we have clear direction. For residential work, we coordinate around your availability. For commercial projects, we work with your facility schedule.

Concrete Construction

Concrete is typically walkable after 24–48 hours and fully cured in 7–10 days. We'll give you specific guidance based on weather and the project type.

Yes. We seal most patios, driveways, and walks after the concrete cures. Sealing protects against water damage, staining, and weathering, extending the life of your concrete.

We can assess the damage and recommend a repair (patching, leveling, or full replacement). Contact us for a site visit and quote.

We pour concrete spring through fall. Winter projects are possible in mild conditions, but most work is planned for warmer months. Contact us to discuss timing for your project.

Most concrete projects (site prep through curing and sealing) take 5–10 days depending on size and weather. We provide a specific timeline during planning.

Specialty Concrete & Sport Courts

Concrete courts work for basketball, pickleball, tennis, volleyball, and recreational play. We design markings and dimensions based on the sport(s) you want.

Space requirements vary by sport. A full basketball court is roughly 47x50 feet; pickleball is 20x44 feet; tennis is 36x78 feet. We work with whatever space you have and discuss realistic options.

A sealed court uses protective sealer on the concrete base—simpler, more affordable, good for general play. A coated court includes a specialized sport surface (acrylic or similar)—improves traction and durability for competitive play. We discuss which matches your needs and budget.

A well-built concrete court lasts 15–25+ years with proper maintenance. Sealed surfaces may need resealing every few years. Specialty coatings may need occasional recoating depending on use and weather.

Yes. We assess your site and design courts that fit your available space. A small property might be better suited to a half-court or multi-purpose area. We discuss realistic options based on what you have.

Yes. We can paint sport-specific markings (basketball, pickleball, tennis, etc.) as part of the project or coordinate with a painter for final details.

Snow Removal & Facility Support

Contract customers see response within hours of snow arriving. Per-event customers call us when snow hits, and we typically mobilize same-day.

Both. Snow removal contracts (typically November–March) offer predictable pricing and automatic response. Per-event service is available if you prefer to call as needed. Snow removal contracts are generally more cost-effective if you experience multiple snowfalls per winter.

Yes. We apply salt and de-icing materials after snow removal. We use appropriate materials at the right rates for safety and property protection.

It depends on your contract. Some snow removal contracts cover any accumulation; others have a trigger (e.g., 2 inches). We clarify the terms when setting up your service.
